Overview

The Patient Care Coordinator will be the first point of contact for families, patients, and external inquiries, ensuring a seamless, empathetic, and positive experience for all families engaging with Clarity Pediatrics’ services.

  • Handle incoming patient inquiries and tickets efficiently.
  • Assist new patients with onboarding and enrollment.
  • Collaborate with Care Operations and Revenue Operations teams.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proficient in scheduling tools and CRM software like Zendesk.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance is essential.
  • Flexible hours supporting work-life balance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role.
  • Proficient in using scheduling tools and patient management systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance.
  • Experience in pediatric or mental health services is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Comfortable using tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
