Ecommerce Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead the development and optimization of our digital presence. This is a key role, working directly with the CEO to establish and execute an ecommerce strategy from the ground up.

In Short

• Fully remote position with overlapping EST working hours.
• Full-time role with a salary range of $30,000 - $50,000 per annum.
• Work schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
• Oversee development partners to create a best-in-class ecommerce website.
• Design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user experience.
• Manage product catalog, taxonomy, and feed optimization.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to lead product launches and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze ecommerce metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Evaluate, implement, and integrate new tools to build a robust ecommerce ecosystem.
• Work directly with the founding team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of DTC experience.
• Data-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience in website management and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and report on KPIs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
