Overview

As the eCommerce Manager, you will own and manage the company’s online store as the flagship product, driving its growth and ensuring profitability. The role will focus on optimizing conversion rates, increasing average order value (AOV), and enhancing the overall customer experience.

• Optimize landing pages and improve user engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance customer acquisition.
• Manage SMS and email subscriber base.
• Lead continuous A/B testing for conversion rate improvements.
• Customize site messaging based on customer segments.
• Oversee marketing tech stack and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of e-commerce management experience.
• Strong expertise in CRO and funnel optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of tech stack management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
