Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Credentialing Specialist to join our growing healthcare team, with a strong focus on Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy.

In Short

  • Fully Remote position.
  • Full-Time job with a schedule of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
  • Manage the entire credentialing and recredentialing process.
  • Facilitate Medicaid and commercial insurance enrollments.
  • Maintain provider information in credentialing software.
  • Use payer portals like Availity and CAQH.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for provider onboarding.
  • Monitor expiring credentials and licenses.
  • Prepare credentialing files for audits and payer submissions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in credentialing processes.
  • Experience with Medicaid and commercial payer enrollments.
  • Deep familiarity with payer portals and credentialing platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
  • Experience in ABA therapy credentialing preferred.
