Construction Accountant (U.S. Construction/Design-Build Focus) - Remote

Overview

The Construction Accountant will lead all aspects of construction finance, project-based accounting, and operational billing for a U.S. design-build firm, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong accounting skills.
• Experience in construction accounting.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel.
• Ability to manage project-specific cost accounting.
• Experience with AIA billing processes.
• Knowledge of tax documentation and compliance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Experience working with multi-state operations is a plus.
• Must be able to work U.S. Eastern Time hours.
