• Inspire and lead a dynamic team of Service Navigators.
• Optimize performance and outcomes by analyzing and driving team metrics.
• Ensure a strong partnership and effective collaboration by representing NeuroNav in client and partner meetings.
• Execute and uphold policies and procedures to ensure the team's success in guiding individuals through the Self-Determination Program.
• Identify and nurture the growth of future leaders within the team.
• Commitment to service and helping others.
• Demonstrated success in leadership and professional development of teams.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and bilingual preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (required).
• Client-facing experience managing multiple relationships at one time (required).
• Must have computer, reliable high-speed internet connection, and a quiet work environment.
• Experience in a performance-based culture with metrics attainment goals (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Office & Google Suite (preferred).
