Overview

Peak Support, an outsourcing firm serving some of today’s most innovative companies, is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a high-volume outbound project to join our team in the Philippines.

In Short

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective customers or clients.
  • Engage with prospects to introduce products, services, or campaigns effectively.
  • Handle objections and provide clear, compelling responses to generate interest and secure engagement.
  • Accurately document call outcomes, updates, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance quotas.
  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to maintain a positive company image.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to refine call strategies and improve effectiveness.
  • Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and target audience.
  • Manage time efficiently to maintain consistent productivity throughout shifts.

Requirements

  • Amenable to a project-based employment opportunity.
  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Strong ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and call-tracking software.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to various customer profiles and adjust communication styles accordingly.
