• Oversee and manage recruitment marketing materials.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance employer branding.
• Align marketing efforts with hiring goals.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to distribute marketing materials.
• Implement quality control processes for brand consistency.
• Coordinate the creation of digital and print marketing materials.
• Ensure timely updates to recruitment collateral and social media outreach.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events.
• Minimum of 2 years in marketing or related field required.
• Strong project management and organizational skills needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in marketing, recruitment marketing, employer branding, or a related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience using digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to track and analyze recruitment marketing effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in talent acquisition marketing preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
