We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will analyze and improve DMV business processes, ensuring that all DMV services—such as vehicle registration, driver licensing, and compliance monitoring are optimized for efficiency and regulatory alignment. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and DMV leadership to define business requirements, improve workflows, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a business analyst, with at least 3 years in a government or transportation-related setting.
• Strong understanding of DMV operations and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience working on system modernization or business transformation projects.
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Experience working with Illinois DMV or similar state agencies.
