Platform Engineer - Database Specialist - Remote

Overview

PayPay is looking for Platform Engineers who specialize in databases at scale on mission critical systems to provide the best financial services to users in Japan.

• Work on database operations including monitoring, configuration management, and data migration.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of DBA experience with MySQL or Redis/DynamoDB.
• More than 3 years of AWS experience.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC - Terraform).
• Familiarity with shell scripting and programming languages.
• Interest in new technologies and operational efficiency.
