Staff Technical Program Manager (Reliability and Quality) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Staff Technical Program Manager to lead our Quality and Reliability efforts across critical systems and services at PayNearMe, a company dedicated to transforming the payment experience for businesses.

In Short

• Lead Quality & Reliability initiatives across multiple teams.
• Define and drive the vision for quality practices and processes.
• Ensure production readiness of all releases.
• Establish and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs).

Requirements

• 8+ years of program management experience.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and reliability engineering.
• Familiarity with SDLC, CI/CD, and incident management.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale programs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
