HR Generalist (Temporary) - Remote

Overview

This is a temporary coverage role, providing full support during an employee’s leave of absence. You will work in a dynamic and supportive HR environment that values initiative, collaboration, and employee well-being.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day HR processes using Hi Bob and ADP.
• Administer employee benefits programs and invoicing in coordination with external brokers.
• Oversee background screening processes for new hires.
• Coordinate off-boarding procedures including exit interviews.
• Assist with internal and external audits ensuring adherence to HR policies.
• Provide personal touches to employee relations initiatives.
• Support health benefits enrollment and inquiries.
• Manage immigration processes and ensure compliance.
• Lead the onboarding process for new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR operations.
• Proficient in HiBob and ADP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines.
• Working knowledge of immigration processes is a plus.
