Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Revenue Onboarding Specialist to join our growing client onboarding operations. In this critical role, you will help streamline and scale how we collect, review, and process due diligence materials for new business clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in onboarding, compliance, or document management.
• Familiarity with KYB, AML, PCI DSS, Nacha.
• Experience with audit-ready workflows.
• Exposure to AI tools in business operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and similar tools.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Curiosity about AI-enabled systems.
