Overview

The Enrollment Manager will assist Pavilion in growing its EMEA membership base by converting high-intent inbound leads and leveraging outbound channels to prospect potential members.

In Short

  • Manage a pipeline of prospective members in EMEA.
  • Follow up with inbound leads to book meetings.
  • Connect potential members with local chapter heads.
  • Identify and prospect leads that fit Pavilion’s member ICP.
  • Ensure prospective members fit with company values.
  • Reply to prospective members on email and LinkedIn promptly.
  • Provide feedback on trends and insights.
  • Maintain records of all interactions in CRM.
  • Achieve a monthly quota for new member acquisition.
  • Participate in community events and company-wide initiatives.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with diverse individuals.
  • Personable and empathetic approach to sales.
  • Proficient in HubSpot, Apollo, Slack, Zoom, and G Suite.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Strong time and task management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Operations and process-minded.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is beneficial.
  • Based in the United States.
