Overview

Pavago is hiring on behalf of one of its clients for the role of Website Designer. Our client is looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented professional to ensure their digital platforms remain optimized, professional, and fully functional at all times.

In Short

• Monitor HubSpot and WordPress sites for performance or functionality issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, errors, or user-reported problems quickly and effectively.
• Ensure seamless operation of website workflows such as lead capture and integrations.
• Redesign and optimize web forms to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Update landing pages, manage redirects, and support other ongoing content adjustments.
• Provide reliable support with task-based fixes (e.g., forms, redirects, errors).
• Complete requests within a 24-hour turnaround time to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Strong experience working with HubSpot CMS and WordPress CMS.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple small requests, and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Knowledge of website optimization best practices (forms, landing pages, redirects).
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness to task requests.
