Staff Security Engineer - Remote

We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Staff Security Engineer to support our mission.

In Short

• Design, build, and operate internal systems for data classification, retention, and automated deletion in compliance with GDPR, CCPA.
• Develop and enforce Kubernetes security policies.
• Write Python scripts for security automation.
• Participate in on-call rotations for incident response.
• Manage bug bounty programs and vulnerability assessments.
• Conduct security reviews and provide advisory to engineering teams.
• Work in a hybrid model, with remote flexibility.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and DevOps.
• Support continuous improvement in security practices.
• Engage in workshops and documentation for team education.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Security Engineering or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with security architecture and compliance controls.
• Knowledge of cloud-native environments and security practices.
