Quality Analyst II - Remote

• Responsible for evaluating credit quality data and performing QA reviews.
• Collaborate with teams to identify issues and recommend improvements.
• Analyze data and generate reports highlighting trends and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements based on findings.
• Assist in training team members on QA processes.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Review commercial finance processes and transactions.
• Evaluate documents for accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Typically, 3+ years of experience in a related field.
