Overview

The BSA/AML Program Management Lead supports the overall BSA/AML and OFAC compliance program by coordinating program management activities, facilitating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring alignment between compliance efforts and business objectives.

In Short

  • Coordinate the identification, tracking, and resolution of BSA/AML/OFAC compliance issues.
  • Support internal tracking and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
  • Assist in risk assessment activities and methodology updates.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on compliance policies.
  • Support the development and maintenance of annual BSA/AML program plans.
  • 3-5 years of experience in compliance or risk management required.
  • Knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and banking compliance.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • AML or Fraud certification required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, compliance, or related field.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
