Learning Experience Designer (Volunteer) - Remote

Overview

The Learning Experience Designer (Volunteer) will develop engaging workshops and instructional materials aimed at empowering underserved youths in the Atlanta area.

In Short

• Develop high-energy, interactive workshops and summer camp curriculum.
• Create instructional materials for facilitators and coaches.
• Research and identify learning activities and technologies for training programs.
• Collaborate with curriculum and training delivery teams.
• Assist with needs analysis by gathering feedback on training materials.
• Must have a background in learning/teaching or curriculum development.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer proficiency is required.
• Nice to have: Skills in Google Suite.

Requirements

• 6 months experience in curriculum design or teaching materials.
• Familiarity with instructional design theories (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy).
• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing in relevant fields is a plus.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles is required.
