Product Owner / Project Manager – BI Data - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and evolution of an internal solution designed to support budgeting and forecasting processes. The role acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that the delivered features provide maximum value to end users.

In Short

• Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in alignment with business needs and strategic goals.
• Gather, translate, and document functional requirements into clear and structured user stories.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of business needs and solution requirements.
• Oversee sprint execution and provide regular status reports, KPIs, and stakeholder documentation.
• Monitor product adoption and performance through relevant metrics, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Perform functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Functional Analyst in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and product lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
