Overview

The Director of Strategic Grant Finance facilitates grant services systems, infrastructure, and cross-functional processes that support effective grant acquisition, compliance, and organizational performance.

• Support pre-award grant activities and proposal coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or related field required.
• At least 7 years of experience in grants management.
• 3+ years of supervising staff.
• Knowledge of funding mechanisms and compliance.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, preferably with AI tools.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of federal grant procedures.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with diverse constituencies.
