Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Project Manager at Partners for Rural Impact (PRI) will identify, develop, and implement recommendations for improvement across multiple teams, managing complex projects and ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of PRI.

In Short

• Lead the development and documentation of processes and systems improvements.
• Manage the full project management life cycle.
• Coordinate multiple teams around various projects.
• Research areas for organizational growth and efficiency.
• Support Salesforce as a CRM and data tool.
• Monitor organizational success metrics.
• Facilitate team meetings for alignment to goals.
• Represent the Vice President in meetings as needed.
• Assist with internal projects and initiatives.
• Other duties as necessary to support the mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, technology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of project management experience.
• Commitment to the mission of PRI.
• Experience with project management software and methodologies.
• Ability to work in rural communities focusing on equity.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
