Overview

The Customer Support Specialist III role focuses on providing exceptional omnichannel support to customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved effectively and efficiently.

In Short

  • Provide omnichannel support via email, chat, phone, and social media.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and product features.
  • Follow policies and procedures for issue resolution.
  • Maintain essential program knowledge and training.
  • Review and document customer interactions and insights.
  • Achieve key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Participate in training and support for new hires.
  • Flexibly assist with program-specific projects.
  • Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Brazilian Time.
  • Expected start date is April 10, 2025.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in customer support roles.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting and customer service software.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when needed.
  • Ability to meet performance metrics.

  • Proficient in using online resources for customer assistance.
