Overview

The Customer Support Specialist III will play a crucial role in supporting one of our largest partners in the fintech space, ensuring exceptional customer service and account management.

In Short

  • Provide omnichannel support (email, chat, phone, social media).
  • Build strong client relationships and acquire new customers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer requests.
  • Resolve complaints and track processes for client satisfaction.
  • Analyze consumer behavior data to understand changing needs.
  • Assist customers with travel arrangements and account inquiries.
  • Maintain essential program knowledge critical for our partner.
  • Achieve performance metrics and adhere to schedule compliance.
  • Provide support for program-specific projects as needed.
  • Work remotely in Romania with flexible hours.

Requirements

  • Passion for SaaS product support.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a contact center environment preferred.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Experience with electronic funds transfers (EFTs) is a plus.
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed.
  • Private and PCI-compliant workspace for telecommuting.
