Overview

The Junior Technical Operations Specialist supports PartnerCentric’s technical operations team by executing client onboarding, integrations, and tracking implementations with speed and precision. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn technical systems, and passionate about helping clients succeed through operational excellence. You’ll assist in troubleshooting, QA, and maintenance of affiliate and analytics integrations—ensuring PartnerCentric delivers seamless, accurate, and timely technical support.

In Short

  • Respond to technical support inquiries and tickets within 24 hours.
  • Troubleshoot integration and tracking issues across various platforms.
  • Assist in new client integrations and tracking implementations.
  • Support setup of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Perform product feed QA and monitor for errors.
  • Maintain up-to-date SOPs and client technical records.
  • Contribute to internal documentation of recurring issues.
  • Work with Client Services and Sales teams for alignment.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvements.
  • Participate in internal training sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in technical support or digital marketing operations.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms and web tracking.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and HTML.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and responsive.
