Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing high-level financial guidance, analysis, and decision support to Particle41. Their role involves evaluating financial data, preparing detailed reports, and offering strategic insights to help businesses make informed decisions.

• Develop and manage financial models, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

• Ensure statutory compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC filings, and SEBI regulations.
• Monitor and implement changes in financial and corporate laws affecting the company.
• Manage tax planning and optimization, direct & indirect taxation, and ensure timely filing of returns.
• Oversee cash flow, fund management, and capital structure planning.
• Assist in raising funds through banks, NBFCs, or private equity investments.
• Prepare presentations for investors, board meetings, and financial institutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) OR Company Secretary (CS) OR Certification in financial analyst certification is mandatory.
• 9-12 years of experience in finance, taxation, budgeting, and corporate compliance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations in the IT sector is preferred.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, Tally, SAP, and ERP systems.
• In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act, SEBI guidelines, FEMA, and RBI compliance.
