Overview

The Technical Resource Advisor at Parsons will manage regional maintenance leaders and technicians, ensuring their training and certifications are up to date while overseeing maintenance operations.

In Short

• Manage up to three regional maintenance leaders and site technicians.
• Maintain technician certification records and skillset rosters.
• Provide training on Preventative Maintenance Inspections.
• Perform site visits and inspections as needed.
• Schedule travel for technicians to cover sites.
• Availability for after-hour and weekend work required.
• Integrate and direct subcontractors within contracts.
• Must comply with safety standards and best practices.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and potentially a Passport.

Requirements

• At least ten years of experience in electronics maintenance.
• Familiarity with CCTV, IDS, ACS, and networking.
• Knowledge of basic electricity and electronics.
• Ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of government regulations on electronic systems.
• Experience with IMMS/InfraLink/FDIMS.
• Ability to read and provide guidance based on CADD.
• Must have a minimum clearance of Secret.
