ServiceNow SPM Configurator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow SPM Configurator with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to join our client’s consulting team. This is a 12-month fully remote contract with a possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.

In Short

• Configure and customize ServiceNow’s SPM module.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Design and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and platform admins.
• Maintain data integrity and optimize performance.
• Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and updates.
• Support integration and scripting efforts as needed.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration experience.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
