• Lead a new standalone business closely aligned with Papa’s core business.
• Own end-to-end strategy and operations.
• Build and grow the business from zero to one.
• Hire and manage dedicated Marketing, Operations, and Product/Engineering teams.
• Develop a marketplace by acquiring supply and demand.
• Build processes, technology, and workflows for scalability.
• Manage P&L for sustainable growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in startup leadership, strategy consulting, or healthcare.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in scaling businesses.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with payer/provider business models preferred.
• Experience in marketplace development preferred.
• Data-driven with a history of driving business growth.
• Strong communicator and collaborator.
• Passionate about improving healthcare access and outcomes.
