In Short

• Lead and manage large-scale projects as Project Lead.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and mentor junior team members.
• Maintain proactive client communication and manage expectations.
• Develop and refine methodologies for venture building.
• Lead the creation of project proposals and offers.
• Provide feedback and improve project approaches.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new colleagues.
• Manage small corporate accounts and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Strong project leadership experience and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills for managing client relationships.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the innovation industry.
• Proficiency in delivering high-quality outputs.
• Ability to mentor and inspire junior team members.
• Experience with offer writing and corporate account management.
• Deep knowledge of innovation methods.
• A master degree in Innovation management or similar.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
