Overview

The Senior Test Coordinator oversees end-to-end quality engineering (QE) test management across all phases of the SDLC, ensuring best practices and continuous learning throughout the QE organization.

• Manage end-to-end test management across all phases of the SDLC.
• Coordinate testing schedules, environments, resources, and dependencies.
• Oversee UAT coordination and business sign-off processes.
• Build and maintain a centralized QE knowledge base.
• Manage QE resource pool and vendor partnerships.
• Facilitate defect triage and resolution with development teams.
• Track and report test execution metrics to QE leadership.
• Standardize UAT processes across major release tracks.
• Drive process improvements and capture post-mortem findings.
• Support compliance testing for PCI or SOX environments.

Requirements

• 15+ years in QA/QE with 5+ years in test planning and coordination.
• Experience managing end-to-end test cycles across multiple teams.
• Proficiency with JIRA and test management tools.
• Strong understanding of various testing types including UAT.
• Ability to communicate test status to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with test data management approaches.
• Exposure to performance and user experience testing.
• Knowledge management platform experience.
• ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification preferred.
