Engineering Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Engineering Coordinator will manage and lead a multidisciplinary engineering team in Milan.

In Short

• Generate and authorize key documents guiding engineering strategy and implementation.
• Understand and manage the technical scope of projects.
• Provide instructions to facilitate work progress and resolve conflicting requirements.
• Challenge work methods and deliverables to ensure project scope is respected.
• Develop and manage engineering inputs for project planning.
• Ensure design verification requirements are identified and resourced.
• Support project deliverables and execution methods through Quality Management Systems.
• Address Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) issues appropriately.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of related experience in O&G projects.
• Previous project engineering experience, mainly in home office.
• Experience in engineering management with some site experience.
• Strong technical knowledge combined with excellent leadership skills.
• Familiarity with work sequences, activities, and expected outcomes for engineering disciplines.

• Work hours: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
• Contract duration: 1 year renewable.
