Engineering Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Engineering Coordinator provides assistance to the Mobile Facilities Solution team to ensure successful service delivery of the client needs.

In Short

• Support the development and implementation of internal controls and policies.
• Communicate with clients regarding work order statuses.
• Assist with resolution of client issues and requests.
• Manage work request scheduling for Mobile Engineers.
• Provide onboarding support for new Engineers.
• Assist in client invoice preparation and tracking.
• Monitor employee compliance of Engineering activities.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for mobile devices.
• Participate in auditing labor and material charges.
• Support Engineering infrastructure functions and report performance.

Requirements

• College degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in administrative or accounting roles.
• Highly computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Working knowledge of account payables and receivables.
• Knowledge of lease terms and reconciliation processes.
• Project management certification is a plus.
• Good judgment and interpersonal skills.
