The Brand Standards Coach (BSC) role is critical for elevating the growth and success of our franchise system. This remote position involves extensive travel and focuses on improving restaurant operations and supporting new openings.

  • Facilitates Restaurant Operations Improvement Process (ROIP) evaluations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
  • 5-10 years of operations management experience.
  • Experience with franchisees preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and cash controls.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Ability to travel extensively, including weekends.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different situations.
  • High volume mentality focused on achieving goals.
