Overview

The Executive Director at ECFG will provide strategic direction and operational oversight to advance the well-being of children and youth facing adversity, promoting equity and social justice.

In Short

  • Lead the Elevate Children Funders Group (ECFG) in strategic direction and operational oversight.

  • Support youth participation in philanthropy.
  • Oversee operational management and resource allocation.
  • Commit to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in all efforts.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in philanthropy or global development.
  • Experience in network management and child rights advocacy.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to shape and execute strategic vision.
  • Experience in fundraising and financial management.
  • Commitment to DEIA principles.
  • Cultural competency and inclusive leadership experience.
  • Knowledge management and learning capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • Experience in operational oversight and resource management.
