Overview

The Senior Field Liaison, Safe Childhoods leads the identification and curation of impactful strategies and investable solutions for philanthropists seeking to address childhood sexual violence. Funders for a Safe Childhood seeks to accomplish this by partnering with trusted experts from around the world to source and diligence impactful solutions across multiple action accelerators for childhood sexual violence prevention, healing, and justice.

  • Ensure a trauma-informed approach in philanthropic advising.
  • Collaborate on program development and implementation.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 years’ relevant experience; five years of senior leadership responsibility.
  • Deep knowledge of childhood sexual violence and related strategies.
  • Experience with trauma-informed engagement.
  • Strong relationship management and networking skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Experience in philanthropy or social impact consulting is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
  • Additional language proficiencies are welcomed.
