The Transformation Success Architect is a critical part of the Transformation Success Architecture Team, ensuring successful deployment and security operations transformation with XSIAM for important customers.

In Short

• Serve as the single technical orchestrator for large, complex XSIAM deployments.
• Direct Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, and Domain Consulting resources for successful customer deployments.
• Educate and align customer security operations teams with XSIAM capabilities.
• Coach and train field teams during deployments.
• Define and improve best practices and templates for deployment capabilities.
• Provide technical consultation and manage escalations during deployments.
• Lead customer workshops and gap analyses to assess needs and risks.
• Document improvement recommendations from deployments.
• Help transition focus to a long-term health check process.
