Overview

The Solutions Consultant is responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in cybersecurity, ensuring customers realize value from their investments with Palo Alto Networks.

In Short

  • Provide technical leadership in cybersecurity solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas with strategic account plans.
  • Understand customer business requirements and create high-level designs.
  • Drive customer adoption of Palo Alto Networks Platform.
  • Conduct discovery to understand key technical and operational imperatives.
  • Work closely with Professional Services and Customer Success teams.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and technical workshops.
  • Lead technical validation efforts for assigned opportunities.
  • Promote end-to-end solutions for business value realization.
  • Continuously develop technical and professional skills.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in pre-sales/sales engineering.
  • Strong understanding of data networking and security architectures.
  • Experience delivering cybersecurity solutions.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in creating technical presentations and workshops.
  • Knowledge of Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP.
  • Partnering with Customer Support for successful implementation.
  • Experience in complex sales processes.
  • Field sales position with travel requirements.
  • Proficient in English.
