Overview

As a Senior Service Delivery Leader at Palo Alto Networks, you will manage the customer lifecycle and serve as the Voice of the Customer, driving adoption and consumption of our products.

  • Expertise in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, Network Security, or Security Operations.
  • Proven results as a trusted advisor to drive business value.
  • Experience managing customer escalations and expectations.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed, team environment.

  • Open to occasional travel for customer engagement.
