Principal Consultant, Proactive Services - SOC (Unit 42) - Remote

Overview

As a Principal Consultant in Unit 42, you will have the opportunity to work across various proactive cyber security domains including Cloud Security, Security Operations, Cyber Risk Management, and Artificial Intelligence in cyber security.

In Short

• 6+ years of consulting experience in SOC, security engineering, SIEM administration, and incident management.
• Deep technical knowledge in SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR tools, and Next Gen Firewalls.
• Ability to perform detailed assessments and make recommendations for improving cyber security operations.
• Experience in conducting threat hunting and compromise assessments.
• Relevant industry certifications including CISSP, GIAC, and CISM.
• Hands-on experience with cloud hosting providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience managing a team of consultants and strengthening client relationships.
• Collaborative and able to build relationships across functions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet business demands.
