Overview

The Distribution Business Manager will drive our entire Sales & Channels engagement with distributor across entire NextWave partner ecosystem, managing relationships and performance with large national distributors.

In Short

  • Drive Sales & Channels engagement with distributors.
  • Build annual business plans with distributors.
  • Lead Business Review meetings with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor distributor performance and compliance.
  • Facilitate communication and training for distributors.
  • Manage distribution operations and sales management.
  • Work on marketing plans for net-new account acquisition.
  • Coordinate efforts between distributors and sales teams.
  • Analyze and report on business KPIs.
  • Engage in public speaking and presentations.

Requirements

  • Experience in distribution or channel management.
  • Channel sales management experience in vendor environments.
  • Program Management or BU Management experience.
  • Knowledge of technology solutions for mid-market and SMB customers.
  • Ability to develop complex partner and territory plans.
  • Strong presentation and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Professional IT sales and business development experience.
  • Public speaking skills.
