Overview

The Director, Area Sales Acceleration will drive and execute impactful sales acceleration programs in the CEUR region, focusing on enhancing the sales organization and workforce capabilities.

In Short

  • Lead sales execution and governance in collaboration with Area VP and Sales Operations.
  • Implement programs for strategic deals and customer success.
  • Plan execution in collaboration with Sales Operations and Strategy teams.
  • Drive execution of the sales plan for the Area.
  • Accelerate GTM transformation and sales enablement.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in sales execution.
  • Foster a collaborative and efficient sales organization.

  • Experience in multi-cultural organizations.
