Consulting Director, Specialized Services (Unit 42) - Remote

Overview

The Consulting Director will help drive Proactive Consulting Services across a growing portfolio of strategic service offerings including SOC Assessments, Cloud Security, AI/ML Security Assessments, and other emerging service domains.

In Short

• Serve as a key contributor to the development and innovation of consulting services.
• Lead and deliver technical and strategic cybersecurity assessments.
• Translate technical findings into actionable business risk implications.
• Conduct reviews based on frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
• Provide deep subject matter expertise across various environments.
• Engage in pre-sales capacity with client prospects.
• Strengthen client relationships and support long-term goals.
• Lead the design and delivery of consulting enablement content.
• Partner with product teams for feedback on features and delivery impact.
• Manage diverse teams of business and technical consultants.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity advisory or risk assessments.
• 6+ years in professional services and consulting, with 3+ years in a Director role.
• Experience in SOC Maturity Assessments and Cloud Security Reviews.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains.
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as SIEM and EDR.
• Proven experience managing diverse teams.
• Ability to draft statements of work and proposals.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent.
