Palmstreet is hiring an Event Manager, Trade Shows to elevate our presence across industry events and grow our brand visibility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, embodies hospitality, and can own trade show activations from end to end—from booth builds to cocktail receptions.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of trade show activations.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams.
• Organize high-touch event experiences during trade shows.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination.

• Troubleshoot onsite challenges effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event management.
• Proven track record of managing complex events.
• Experience with trade show logistics.
• Background in hospitality or service-driven industries preferred.
• Excellent verbal and remote communication skills.
• Creative problem solver with adaptability.
• Deep understanding of brand representation and event marketing.
