As the Director of Revenue Strategy, you will lead the development and execution of revenue management strategies to maximize hotel profitability for the Palm Beach Gardens Marriott and the Orlando Marriott Lake Mary. You’ll analyze market trends, manage pricing and inventory, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting and/or combination of education and experience.
  • 3 -5 Years of Revenue Management Experience, Required.
  • Multi-Brand Revenue Management Experience, Required.
  • Full Service Marriott, Hilton, and/or Hyatt Experience, Highly Preferred.
  • Experience working with Asset Manager & Ownership Groups.
