Overview

As a Technical Writer at Pallon, you will focus on managing and creating content for our internal bootcamp and knowledge platform, ensuring that it remains current and useful for our growing team.

Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in technical writing or content creation.
• Experience in providing tailored training and working with SMEs.
• Familiarity with content strategy and governance.
• Comfortable with agile project management methodologies.
• Experience in overseeing cross-functional projects.
• Ability to take feedback and briefs quickly.
• Understanding of Intercom for Knowledge Base management is a plus.
• Previous management of a KB or Help Center in SaaS or tech environments is a plus.
• Familiar with interviewing SMEs and collecting knowledge.
