Senior Online Shop Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for you as a Senior Online Shop Manager to strengthen our shop team at Pallit. We actively operate and market in 10 countries and 6 languages. Pallit offers affordable pallet trucks, high lift trucks, and forklifts for small and medium-sized enterprises.

In Short

• Manage daily content optimization on product pages, landing pages, and other content supported by AI.
• Add new products and pages to Pallit.com regularly.
• Launch new countries as a team.
• Coordinate AI and human efforts to create content in all our languages.
• Develop new ideas to improve Pallit.com.
• Implement new features from idea to monitoring with the team.
• Support the team in marketing measures in SEA, SEO, PR, and email marketing.

Requirements

• Completed studies (Bachelor or Master).
• At least 4 years of professional experience in online shop, product management, performance marketing, or online marketing.
• Experience in an agile e-commerce environment, ideally B2B.
• Proficient with Shopify, Google Analytics, chatbots, Google Sheets, Slack, or similar tools.
• Structured work style with strong marketing understanding and analytical thinking.
• Attention to detail and a good sense of visual aesthetics, text design, and web design.
• Drive to continuously improve Pallit.com with a lean, growth-oriented mindset.
• Fluent communication in German and English.
