Vendor Sourcing and Onboarding Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Vendor Sourcing and Onboarding Specialist is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and onboarding trade technicians and small contractor companies across the United States. This position ensures the company maintains a strong pool of reliable subcontractors and directly supports operational readiness.

In Short

• Source subcontractors in targeted U.S. cities.
• Conduct short qualification interviews.
• Manage compliance paperwork for subcontractors.
• Document all relevant details in company spreadsheets.
• Follow up to obtain completed paperwork.
• Maintain a minimum of three qualified subcontractors per trade.
• Respond to urgent requests during business hours.
• Provide updates on progress and market coverage needs.
• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Open to professionals residing in Latin America.

• Experience in vendor sourcing or contractor management.
• Strong communication skills.
