Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Tax & Estate Planning Paralegal to support our client, a distinguished US-based law firm, in managing their tax and estate planning cases. This fully remote position is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with expertise in tax law, estate planning processes, and excellent organizational skills.

In Short

• Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and power of attorney agreements.
• Conduct thorough research on tax regulations and estate laws to ensure compliance.
• Organize and maintain client files related to tax and estate planning cases.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on their cases.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for meetings and legal proceedings.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of necessary tax documents and returns.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals involved in the estate planning process.
• Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and estate planning regulations.

Requirements

• Experience as a Tax Paralegal or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of tax law and estate planning.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and attorneys.
• Proficiency in legal research and documentation.
