Overview

An experienced Paralegal with a focus on construction and transactional management, responsible for contract review, risk assessment, and contract lifecycle management.

• Position in the Finance department reporting to the CFO.
• Focus on reviewing and managing construction-related agreements.

Requirements

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–7+ years of experience in construction or commercial contracts.
• Familiarity with Juro, AIA contracts, and ConsensusDocs.
• Strong Microsoft Word redlining skills.
• Knowledge of insurance requirements and construction compliance.
• Exceptional contract analysis and risk identification skills.
• Ability to interpret complex legal language.
• Highly organized with strong deadline management.
• Clear written communication and documentation skills.
